DIRECTOR

Our new Montessori School located in Cypress Texas is looking for an experienced and qualified Director who will be responsible for all aspects of the program.  This is a dream opportunity for a dynamic professional to create and grow a center.

The Directors jobs include, but are not limited to these areas.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Be accountable for the operation of the school and comply with state licensing standards.

• Recruit, train, supervise and retain quality staff and teachers.

• Authorize expenditure within budget approved by Owner.

• Attend and arrange for meeting with the Owner.

• Developing positive relationships with parents, children, and families.

• Welcome prospective new students and parents and conducting tours.

• Supervise and provide resources to staff to work effectively with children.

• Planning and coordination of school events & field trips.

• Attend training with the staff and coordination of training for the staff.

• Record keeping including maintaining children’s files, class schedules.

• Help to develop a Parent handbook to acquaint parents with school program, procedures, policies, services, events, calendar, tuition, staff etc.

Candidate should have:

Degree in Early Childhood Education and Montessori Director Certification is desire.

Minimum of three years’ experience as a Director.

Program planning and curriculum development experience

Proficiency in basic computer skills including the professional use of social media & Microsoft Office.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must meet all state education and licensing requirements

LEAD TEACHER

We are hiring Montessori Lead Teacher, Infants, toddlers, and Preschool.

Job Responsible include but not limited to the following:

• Maintain a safe, warm, supportive environment

• Have strong classroom management skills

• Design lesson plans and other activates to meet children needs

• Have a positive attitude and good team play

• Maintain positive working relationships with parents, children and co-workers

• Maintain detail records for each child in the classroom

• Possess leadership skills and strong work ethic 

Required education:

• Montessori 3-6 or 0-3 Teaching Certificate from an accredited program

• First Aid and CPR 

• Must be able to pass a FBI Background check, and clear fingerprinting

Required experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Montessori Classroom

LEAD TODDLER TEACHER

We are looking for a part-time lead toddler teacher to assist in the 0-3 classroom.

• Have experience teaching a group of infants, toddlers or Preschoolers.

• Attend to children’s basic need like feeding, dressing, changing diapers etc.

• Afternoon shift

• Maintain a healthy and safe environment.

• Establish routines and provide positive guidance.

• Communicate positively with students, parents, and co-workers.

• Participate in an on-going training, meetings.

Required education:

• High school or equivalent
